Part of the CDA Foundation's service to dentists is an Emergency Disaster Relief Fund. During the Katrina crisis we were able to make generous donations to help our colleagues in New Orleans suffering from severe flooding. The terrible fires in Southern California are another tragic disaster. We continue to assess daily the needs of dentists and their families, staff, and non-profit dental organizations whose lives have been changed by this event.
